Terms of Service for Zahlen Lernen

Welcome to Zahlen Lernen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zahlen Lernen mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Zahlen Lernen provides an interactive platform to learn German numbers. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

2. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
  • Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the App.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer "Premium" features via in-app purchases or subscriptions.

  • Payments: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to the respective app store (Apple or Google), as we do not manage billing directly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, and software code, is the property of the App developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER OF ZAHLEN LERNEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
